Your Role
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service
- Work with producers to maintain high customer retention
- Manage customer communication & documentation
- Assist customers with coverage & billing questions via phone & email
- Process policy changes, updates to billing, cancellations & reinstatements
- Facilitate the claims process, as needed

Qualifications
- Customer Service background
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Strong Problem solving skills
- Detail-oriented
- Positive attitude
- Preferred bachelor’s degree or insurance background
- Proficient with Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace
