Delaney Gillen

Delaney has been a Risk Management Advisor at C1 since the summer of 2024. She is passionate about building genuine relationships with her clients, believing that truly understanding people allows her to better serve their needs. Through open communication and active listening, she works to find the best solutions tailored to each individual.

Originally from Southlake, Texas, Delaney grew up with her parents and two amazing brothers who have challenged her, shaped her competitive spirit, and contributed to her strong work ethic. She attended the University of Oklahoma, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations with a minor in Communications. During her time there, she was actively involved in Tri Delta. BOOMER!

Outside of work, Delaney enjoys getting to know new people, spending time on the lake, listening to live music, staying active, and making memories with friends and family.
