Hagan Montgomery

Hagan serves as a Recruiting Coordinator at C1 Insurance Group, having been with the company since 2023. She spent her initial time building a strong internal foundation in both sales support and operational teams before transitioning into talent acquisition. Today, she leverages that cross-functional experience to support the hiring team, using her operational insight to bring high-quality talent into the fold and ensure candidates have a welcoming onboarding journey.

Prior to her time at C1, Hagan attended Oklahoma State University, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Finance while actively participating in OSU’s Pi Beta Phi Oklahoma Beta chapter.

Born and raised in Amarillo, Texas, Hagan stays close with her parents and her little sister. Off the clock, you can usually find her taking Pilates classes, listening to live music, traveling, attending church and her weekly Bible study. Hagan considers herself a social butterfly and enjoys reconnecting with friends each weekend!
