Jess Moore

Jess began her career in accounting but quickly realized that her passion for connecting with people made it difficult to stay behind a desk crunching numbers all day! While she is very thankful for accountants, she discovered that where she thrives in a workplace is in interacting with others, organizing company events, and fostering a positive workplace culture. With support and opportunities to grow, she transitioned from accounting to office operations. At C1 Insurance, she continues to nurture a company culture that is Others Focused, Committed to Excellence, and driven by Grit and Integrity.

Originally from New Mexico, Jess has lived in Massachusetts, South Carolina, and now calls Texas home. She loves the vibrant city life of Dallas, combined with the charm of southern culture.

Outside of work, she loves serving at her church, Countryside Bible Church in Southlake, Texas. She usually spends her weekends preparing Sunday School lessons, having coffee with friends, going on bike rides and spending time with her family.
