Contact Luke
Luke joined the C1 Insurance team as Chief Operating Officer in the summer of 2025. His main focus is the successful execution of all aspects of the business.
He brings 20 years of experience in corporate performance improvement and operational leadership. Before joining C1, Luke consulted clients for seven years with Alvarez & Marsal, a global professional services firm, and led operations for eight years at Watermark Community Church, one of America’s most influential megachurches.
Luke was born and raised in Japan, then moved to small-town Kansas as a high schooler. He studied business and played rugby at John Brown University in Northwest Arkansas, and was on staff at Pine Cove Christian Camps for four summers. He got his MBA at Texas A&M University, and has lived in DFW since 2007.
When he’s not at work, Luke enjoys spending time with his wife, their three daughters, and their two dogs. If he’s not with them, you’ll probably find him exercising, reading, working on his house and vehicles, or practicing his pickleball skills!
